• Wash inside out, do not machine dry 

 If something isn’t right, let us know! At this time we will not be providing refunds. We are willing to exchange damaged pieces.

Ojo: 

• Items must be exchanged within 15 days from purchase date. 

• Customers will need to be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the product. 

• Once we receive the items, we will then begin the exchange process. 

• Please allow 5-7 business days for the exchanges to be processed. 

We can not wait for you to recieve your merch! Here are some things to keep in mind regarding shipping.

• Generaly orders take 5- 7 business days to ship. Depending on the volume of orders.
• Once your order ships, we will follow up with an email confirmation. From this point we advise to reach out to the carrier with any delays.
• Poderosa Sweaters are made to order. Depending on the volume of orders this will take 7-10 days to create.
