If something isn’t right, let us know! At this time we will not be providing refunds. We are willing to exchange damaged pieces.

- Once your order ships, we will follow up with an email confirmation. From this point we advise to reach out to the carrier with any delays.
- Poderosa Sweaters are made to order. Depending on the volume of orders this will take 7-10 days to create.
