  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    If something isn’t right, let us know! At this time we will not be providing refunds. We are willing to exchange damaged pieces.

    Ojo: 

    • Items must be exchanged within 15 days from purchase date. 

    • Customers will need to be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the product. 

    • Once we receive the items, we will then begin the exchange process. 

    • Please allow 5-7 business days for the exchanges to be processed.
